Most annoying thing of the week

Me and Tbear have spent the last two weeks house hunting. Nothing but short sales and foreclosures out there. It's hard to get our hands on anything that doesn't have seven bids from other home shoppers. *Sigh*. We have to finish our pre-approval process anyways so were looking at mid-summer to late summer. Wish us luck!

Anyways, we were driving around Escondido when we came across this modest but nice home:



Then we get a glimpse of the home across the street:
