Drunk as a Skunk

Actually, I wasn't. Just sounds good. I was invited to a great Halloween party last night in Buena Park. Tons of people, great food and great costumes. Favorites included tortured artists Vincent Van Gogh and Frida Kahlo, as well as the pregnant hillbilly bride and her groom. Distasteful costume of the night went to Steve Irwin, after the stingray incident. So wrong!

Just wanted to thank my friends in Orange County for letting me stay with them for the past few days. Thanks for feeding me too, the pigs in a blanket were delicious : ) Next time Mr. M I won't be saving you any oatmeal cookies.

South Coast Winery

Had a nice relaxing day with my friends on Saturday at South Coast Winery. We have become wine club members as well, which means discounts at their day spa and villas. Sweet!

San Francisco!

I like to consider myself a city girl but this weekend in San Fran proved otherwise. The bus system in the city is whacked! After a third attempt on catching the bus me and my friend LD are informed by the bus driver that it won't be making a stop at #15. This crazy dude starts yelling at us with his thick chinese accent, "I suggest you get off bus now!" Get off! No 15! It didn't help that there were three events going on in the city: Raiders/49rs game, the blue angels, plus the Italian Heritage Parade. The parade was our destination but we didn't make it in time. Still got some nice pics of the city though.

Long Week

Just spent a whole week in Orange County, fighting traffic and hopping from one college fair to another. I love recruiting but if I had to do it full-time, it would get old fast. Living out of a suitcase is only fun for so long.
